Customer can cancel the Vichare for Business subscription any time by visiting Your account.
Booking orders can be canceled at any time before the order has been initiated. Initiation of the order is defined by Vichare or Vichare partnered executive reaching the pick up point in the booking schedule.
For cancellation customer can use cancellation options in portal after signing into the customer account. Cancellations fee may be applicable on the orders depending on the delivery destination and the plan under which the booking was made.
Vichare for Business subscription fee is not refundable. Money added to the Vichare for business account for booking is not refundable. The payments collected by Vichare from consignee on behalf of the consignor for the goods delivered is not refundable. Such payments once collected from the consignee is settled to the consignor. In the event if consignee has any dispute with the consignor then consignee has to deal directly with the consignor.
